After years in the hospitality industry, and with the support of their family (and friends that are like family) the decision was made strike out on their own. Chef Jason has been in the food and hospitality business for almost 30 years. He has worked in every facet of the business. He started as a busboy in his early teens working for his father Chef Don Doward. In his late teens, he decided to pursue his culinary education and become a chef. Most recently, he was working as the Executive Chef and General Manager of Montvale Plaza and Marty’s Caterers. With the knowledge and experience that he gained working with Chef Marty Murphy, he decided to take a chance on himself and strike out on his own when Montvale Plaza closed its doors. He is at home in the kitchen and loves to serve beautifully crafted food for special events.
Shannon has been in the food and hospitality business for over 20 years. She started working in the restaurant business busing tables in a local café near her house growing up. She ventured off into property management sales for a time but always came back to the hospitality business. She believes that there is nothing better than helping people put together a great menu and see her clients be able to relax and enjoy their event.
